Six bad eating habits cause heart disease

First, eat more and less meals. Someone surveyed 1,400 people aged 60 to 64, and found that 1/3 of those who ate two meals a day suffered from cardiovascular disease, and only 1/5 of those who ate five meals a day (equal total calories) suffered from the disease. Another report pointed out that the number of daily meals in 3 or less people, obese patients accounted for 57.2%, cholesterol increased 51.2%, while the number of daily meals in 5 or more people, only 28.8% of obese patients, high cholesterol accounted for 17.9%. Experts analyze that a longer fasting time, resulting in the possibility of fat accumulation in the body increases. Second night, meal too late. Late dinner time, and is eating difficult to digest food, will aggravate the deposition of cholesterol on the arterial wall, prompting the occurrence of atherosclerosis. Someone has done such an experiment: in the evening let the rats eat a high-fat diet, and then immediately go to sleep, the fat content in the blood of these rats rose sharply. If the same in the morning or noon to eat these high-fat diet, the fat content of the blood has little effect. Third, like to eat refined grains. Some people do not eat brown rice and coarse grains, only eat refined rice and white flour, not knowing that in the bran of rice and wheat, containing a variety of trace elements and plant fiber needed by the human body, such as chromium, manganese in whole grains, beans, nuts in the highest content. If after processing and refining, these two elements are greatly reduced. If rats and rabbits are fed with feeds lacking these two elements, the animals will be prone to atherosclerosis. Plant fiber increases the excretion of cholesterol and lowers blood cholesterol levels. Food is too fine, too little fiber, not easy to produce a sense of satiety, often resulting in overeating and obesity. Therefore, long-term eating low-fiber diet, the incidence of vascular sclerosis, hypertension is increased. Fourth, over-eating fatty sweet. Excessive consumption of animal oil, fatty meat and some cholesterol-rich food, such as pork, pork liver, eggs, crab yolk, cream, etc., can cause elevated blood lipids, but not to absolutely prohibit the above-mentioned food. In recent years, it has been proved that normal cholesterol does not cause atherosclerosis, but the corrupt cholesterol is the culprit of atherosclerosis. Therefore, some animal oils, especially lard, should not be stored for too long, if it has deteriorated, gray color with moldy spots or a corrupt smell, do not eat. Sugar intake is too much, and the excess will be converted into fat. As blood fats increase, the chance of coronary artery thrombosis also increases. It has also been found that sugar enhances the synthesis of lipids by the liver. After 3 weeks of eating a diet high in sugar, triglycerides in the blood can rise by more than a factor of 1 in a normal person. If you give high blood lipid patients to eat a high sugar diet, triglycerides can also increase 4 to 5 times. Fifth, picky eating. The picky eater often causes incomplete absorption of nutrients. If you eat less green leafy vegetables, often occur vitamin C deficiency, and vitamin C can lower cholesterol, reduce or prevent atherosclerosis. If soy products are eaten sparingly, they cannot increase the excretion of cholesterol in the feces. There are people who do not eat garlic, onions, they have a special smell, do not know that garlic, onions have a good role in lowering blood lipids. Sixth, smoking, alcohol addiction. The world scientific community has been recognized that most cardiovascular disease and smoking-related. Long-term excessive alcohol consumption can cause an increase in adipose tissue in the heart muscle, heart function is weakened, the heart becomes hypertrophic, especially long-term heavy drinkers of beer, more prone to such cardiac changes, the medical term for it is “beer alcohol can affect the metabolism of lipids, and the body’s ability to remove lipids from the blood is reduced, thereby increasing the chances of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease . In summary, poor dietary habits and high blood lipids, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, etc. do have a close relationship. In order to prolong life, middle-aged and elderly people should completely change the above-mentioned bad dietary habits and consciously develop good dietary habits to ensure the health of the body.
