If the metastasis of hilar tumor is ipsilateral, surgical resection can be taken; if it is distal lymph node metastasis, radiotherapy and targeted therapy will be the main treatment.
1. Ipsilateral lymphatic metastasis: the staging of this kind of patients is still relatively early, most of them are in the early stage, mainly if they meet the surgical indexes, they are recommended to be cleared through surgery in time, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are also needed to remove the residual cancer cells after surgery.
2. Distal lymphatic metastasis: this kind of situation mostly occurs in the middle or late stage, and generally cannot be removed by surgery, and the treatment mainly consists of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy, which can help to inhibit the replication of cancer cells, prolong the survival period of the patients and improve the quality of life.
