Acetabular fracture evaluation of several levels of disability

For simple acetabular fracture, if the fracture is not displaced and can be treated through conservative treatment, the grade will not be too high, only about grade 11 or 12. If the acetabular fracture is significantly displaced, it must be surgically repositioned and then internally fixed with a plate, so it can be graded as Grade 10 or Grade 9. If the acetabular fracture is combined with other fractures, such as femoral head or femoral neck fracture, and the fracture affects the mobility of the joint or the entire lower limb after surgery, the grade will be higher, and can reach about grade 6 or 7.
