Fatty liver exercise therapy considerations

Exercise therapy has a great effect on the recovery of fatty liver, but it is advisable to pay attention to dietary care before and after exercise. Exercise should not be too saturated before too hungry. If you exercise when you are hungry, your body blood sugar is too low and liver glycogen has to be broken down, which will undoubtedly increase the burden on the liver. The correct method is to eat half an hour before exercise calorie-producing 100 to 200kcal food, such as 1 cup of cereal or juice. You can also eat a few pieces of milk candy or chocolate. Drink half a glass to 1 glass of water every 20 minutes during exercise. For those who are physically active and exercise for more than 1 hour, you can use a health drink for athletes. Soft drinks and beverages containing caffeine, fructose or with CO2 are not ideal for exercise. It is not advisable to eat cold drinks immediately after exercise, and it is better to drink warm drinks. Because of the increase in heat production during exercise, the surface temperature of the gastrointestinal tract also rose sharply. According to the measurement, the heat generated by one hour of exercise can boil 6kg of water. If you eat a lot of ice, ice cream, ice soda, etc. after exercise, the strong cold stimulation will make the gastrointestinal tract vasoconstriction, reduce glandular secretion, resulting in a sharp decrease in appetite, digestion is not rest, which is harmful to the recovery of liver disease.
