The main cause is a disease of the shoulder joint itself, i.e. periarthritis of the shoulder joint. Or tenosynovitis in the shoulder joint area causes shoulder joint pain, which is characterized by local muscle tension and local pressure pain; there is also pain caused by cervical spondylosis, which is usually neck pain and radioactive pain in the back of the shoulder; if you find that you have shoulder pain you must pay enough attention to find out the cause to avoid misdiagnosis and omission.
