Does premature ejaculation affect pregnancy?

Premature ejaculation refers to ejaculation that occurs after vaginal penetration. Generally speaking, ejaculation that takes less than two minutes is called premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation mainly refers to ejaculation before or less than one minute after entering the vagina. If premature ejaculation is so severe that you cannot ejaculate in the vagina then it can affect pregnancy. And as long as you can ejaculate in the vagina, even if it is very short, it will not have much effect on pregnancy. In this case, pregnancy is related to the quality, quantity and vitality of sperm. The woman’s ability to get pregnant depends mainly on whether the sperm and the egg can unite and become a fertilized egg that implants in the uterus to become an embryo. Therefore, if the quality, quantity and vitality of the sperm are normal, pregnancy will not be affected as long as the sperm can be ejaculated in the vagina. If you ejaculate without vaginal penetration, in this case, it is conceivable that the sperm and the egg cannot unite, and of course pregnancy is impossible. So as long as you are able to insert the vagina, regardless of the time, even if you ejaculate, the sperm and the egg can become fertilized in the woman’s body and you will be able to get pregnant. Premature ejaculation in general will not cause infertility. Generally speaking, premature ejaculation does not affect sperm quality and conception, but only the quality of sexual life.
