What low lung capacity can cause

Spirometry can easily lead to a number of lung diseases, such as pneumonia and reduced lung function, which may have an impact on life in severe cases. People with low lung capacity have a relatively poor ability to take in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide compared to normal people. These people are mostly in a sub-healthy state and cannot do heavy physical labor or strenuous exercise. Climbing, swimming, running and other exercises may lead to lack of oxygen, which may also lead to dizziness, headache, chest tightness, memory loss, etc., and may lead to mental depression in the long run. People with low lung capacity should pay special attention in daily life not to do strenuous exercise, and not to smoke, often smoking can cause lung discomfort and aggravate the symptoms of poor breathing or lack of oxygen. Low lung capacity can be improved by some training, it is recommended to do some aerobic exercise every day, such as jogging, cycling, etc., so that the lungs are fully exercised, which is conducive to improving lung capacity.
