What should I do if my upper lid skin is sagging?

Upper eyelid skin laxity is most common in middle-aged and older patients, mainly due to aging of the skin and sagging of the skin, especially the outer skin laxity is obvious. There are also younger patients with upper lid skin laxity, mostly caused by some diseases or long-term use of double eyelid patches. The main method of surgery for upper lid skin laxity is to remove the skin alone through an eyelid incision or to remove the excess skin at the same time as the blepharoplasty, or sometimes to remove some of the skin through an incision under the eyebrow.
