Very little malignancy, can be surgically removed. 4, rectal polyps: growing on the rectal mucosa, soft, pink, with or without the tip, easy to bleed. There are two kinds of adenomatous polyps and inflammatory polyps, need to take a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. Adenomatous polyps are prone to malignancy and must be surgically removed.
