What are the nuclear magnetic manifestations of lumbar spine tumors

Lumbar spine tumors have different manifestations according to different tumors. For benign tumors, they usually show uniform signals; for malignant tumors, they usually show uneven signals and bone destruction.
1. Benign lumbar spine tumor: such as lumbar spine chondroma, hemangioma and other benign tumors, MRI generally shows uniform signal, T1 image is uniform low to medium signal, T2 image does not see obvious enhancement, the edge of the more intact, enhancement can be seen uniform and consistent enhancement, there is no obvious bone damage.
2. Malignant tumor of lumbar spine: nuclear magnetic field generally shows uneven signal, T1 image has obvious uneven low-signal soft tissue mass, T2 image has obvious reinforcement, accompanied by obvious bone destruction, edge irregularity, some patients with lumbar metastatic tumors show multiple hypodense foci, filling defects and so on.
Patients with lumbar spine tumors are recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment to avoid adverse consequences.
