What are the causes of right lower abdominal pain when running?

Respiratory muscle fatigue can occur during running due to an incorrect breathing rhythm, breathing solely through the mouth or solely through the nose. During strenuous exercise, the pressure in the chest cavity increases, causing insufficient blood and oxygen supply to the body and restricted blood return to the liver leading to swelling of the liver and right lower abdominal pain.
It is advisable to adjust the breathing rhythm by breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
