Inflammation of the teeth does not heal on its own in the majority of cases. The more common clinical forms of tooth inflammation are pulpitis, periapical infection and pericoronitis of the wisdom teeth. These conditions require appropriate medical treatment, if left unattended inflammation will further aggravate the development, may cause peripheral interstitial infection, further causing bacteremia and even sepsis and other risks, so once the tooth inflammation needs to be treated as soon as possible. In the case of pulpitis and periapical inflammation, the pulp can be opened up by high-speed turbine drilling to release the inflammation in the pulp of the tooth.
