Although leukaemia can cause bleeding while manifesting as nosebleeds, it is best to seek prompt medical attention for a definitive diagnosis as, in addition to nosebleeds, there may be many symptoms such as fever, anaemia, enlarged liver and spleen from lymphatic tuberculosis, bone and joint pain, and leukaemia is relatively uncommon compared to other causes.
