Early diagnosis of heart disease

  A heart examination is recommended for early detection of heart disease in order to take effective preventive and curative measures when the following phenomena occur in daily life.
  1, palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath and other discomfort during physical activity, or a sense of dyspnea.
  2.Sudden onset of retrosternal pain or chest tightness and pressure during exertion or stress.
  3.Pulse is too fast, too slow, short or irregular.
  4.Suddenly waking up during sleep or nightmare, feeling palpitations, chest tightness and breathlessness, and needing to sit up for a while to get better.
  5.Feeling difficulty in breathing, chest tightness or chest pain during sexual life.
  6.Feeling palpitations, chest tightness or chest pain when having a full meal, cold, smoking, watching a tense movie or TV.
  7, in public places, easily feel chest tightness, breathlessness and insufficient air.
  8.When going upstairs, palpitations and shortness of breath occur more easily than before or than others.
  9.Sudden palpitations, dizziness, blackness in front of the eyes, and the feeling of falling down.
  10.Children’s mobility is worse than that of their peers, and they feel palpitations, shortness of breath, weakness, and blue lips during activities.
     11.Feeling palpitations and fatigue even after light work after a cold, or feeling shortness of breath when walking slightly fast.
  12.Sudden chest discomfort and fainting on the ground, or a feeling of “dying” immediately.
  13.Sleeping at night with a low pillow makes it difficult to breathe and requires a high pillow.
  14.Puffiness of the lower limbs.
  15.Finger or toe ends appear hypertrophy, deformation.
  16. Abnormal colors such as cyanosis and dark red appear on the face, lips and nails.
  17.Self-perceived abnormal sound of heartbeat at rest, or tremor when touching the heart area on the front chest wall with the hand.
  18.Palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath or swelling during pregnancy.
  19.Left shoulder pain that does not heal for a long time.
