Mammogram BI-RADS classification

   Grade 0: Incomplete evaluation, requiring recall (recall), additional imaging for further evaluation or comparison with the previous film.  Grade Ⅰ: negative X-ray film with no abnormal signs.  Grade II: benign changes, no malignant X-ray signs, can be routinely followed up.  Grade III: benign possibility, short-term follow-up is recommended.  Grade IV: suspicious abnormality, biopsy should be considered.  Grade V: high suspicion of malignancy, appropriate measures should be taken immediately (the possibility of detecting malignancy is greater than 95%).  Grade VI: Biopsy has been performed to confirm malignancy, and appropriate measures should be taken immediately.
