What should hypertensive patients pay attention to when taking antihypertensive drugs?

  Since there is no cure for primary hypertension, patients are required to adhere to antihypertensive drugs and to regularly observe the efficacy and possible adverse effects of the drugs. Combined with the actual situation we encountered, we would like to remind hypertensive patients of the following issues when taking antihypertensive drugs: 1.  Patients and family members need to learn and master the use of several drugs, such as understanding that captopril and other drugs can lower blood pressure when it is high, but not normal blood pressure, and can be taken sublingually. In addition to special circumstances, there are serious adverse reactions to drugs, it is best not to use, but there are drugs with large adverse reactions, can be applied reasonably for the cause; determine a good program in a certain period of time is best not to change the program, doctors and family members should be patient and educate good patients persistently adhere to treatment.  In addition, for hypertensive patients with cardiovascular disease, antihypertensive should be based on the principle that the starting point of antihypertensive should be low, the effect should be fast, and the magnitude of the reduction should be sufficient.
