When jumping rope always have urine out to be okay

Occasional small amount of urine flow when jumping rope usually does not matter. However, if there is always urine outflow, it is usually considered to be caused by pathological reasons and needs to be treated accordingly. There is always urine outflow when jumping rope, most commonly in women, especially women with multiple transvaginal births or older women, who have involuntary urinary incontinence during exercise or abdominal exertion due to the relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles that cause the urethra to shift downward and the urethral closure pressure to drop. If the symptoms are mild, oral medication can be used to treat the condition, observe the improvement of symptoms, and assist in functional exercise of the pelvic floor muscle; if the symptoms are more severe and affect life, surgery is recommended. If men have this condition, it is mostly considered to be acute urinary retention, and it is recommended to perform urinary ultrasound and determination of residual urine to give corresponding treatment after clarification. In addition, it is recommended that patients choose a healthy lifestyle, control their weight, avoid long-term weight-bearing activities, eat a reasonable and healthy diet, avoid constipation, and perform more anal lift training to improve the occurrence of this condition.
