Frozen shoulder is short for periarthritis, which is a sterile inflammation of the soft tissues of the shoulder caused by chronic strain, degeneration or trauma to the shoulder joint. It is characterized by pain around the shoulder, aggravated at night or waking up with shoulder joint movement disorders. Treatment mainly includes anti-inflammatory and pain relief and functional exercises. The following is the method of self-exercise for frozen shoulder: 1. Bend and shake shoulder method: bend and stretch your arm, do shoulder joint circular movement, from small to large, from slow to fast. 2.Wall climbing exercise: face the wall, use both hands or one hand to slowly climb up along the wall, make the upper limbs as high as possible, and then slowly go back down to the original place, repeat several times. 3, after the body pulling hands: hands backward, from the healthy side of the hand pulling the affected wrist, gradually pull upward, repeatedly. 4, external rotation exercise: stand with your back against the wall, clench your fist and flex your elbow, rotate your arm outward, try to make the back of your fist touch the wall, repeat several times. 5.Hand shaking exercise: Stand in a standing position, do forward flexion, backward extension, inward retraction and abduction of the shoulder joint, with small to large movements, repeatedly.
