What does bleeding pancreatic tumour mean?

Bleeding pancreatic tumour mostly means that it is in the middle to late stage. Cardia tumours have a long course and early symptoms are not obvious, mainly manifesting as atypical symptoms such as obstructive sensation when eating, pain behind the sternum and feeling of food retention. As the time lengthens, the symptoms of dysphagia will gradually become obvious and progressively worsen. Some patients may develop lymph node metastasis, and when the tumour invades the aorta, it may rupture and cause massive vomiting of blood. In addition, hoarseness, choking and coughing, black stools, chest pain or epigastric pain are also common.
