1. Hair loss due to deficiency of qi and blood: Hair loss due to deficiency of qi and blood is often caused by lack of congenital endowment (congenital constitution and poor functioning) or loss of nourishment, Chinese medicine often says that “hair is the rest of the blood”, when one’s qi and blood is insufficient, it can not be moistened to the hair, and then hair loss will occur. This kind of alopecia is often accompanied by dry hair without luster, hair splitting, pale face, fatigue, tiredness, lack of energy, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms.
2. Seborrheic alopecia: Seborrheic alopecia is equivalent to the Chinese medicine’s “hair decay ringworm”. Chinese medicine believes that “hair loss” often occurs because of over-eating fat, sweet and greasy products, irregular life and so on, leading to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach, dampness and heat stop gathering in the spleen and stomach, resulting in dampness and heat steaming, so that the hair root pores are blocked, resulting in hair loss, common scalp oil, dandruff, itchy scalp, greasy hair, and other symptoms.
