How to restore vision in children with myopia

In children with myopia, it is important to first distinguish whether the myopia is in true myopia or pseudomyopia. If it is in pseudomyopia, which is also known as regulatory myopia, complementary treatment is needed to help the child recover from pseudomyopia. This is relatively easy. If it is true myopia, the child needs to be considered for glasses to correct the refractive error by wearing glasses or to correct it by using keratoplasty to correct the eyesight. In addition, when the child becomes an adult and the eye is stable, the refractive error can be corrected using corneal laser surgery or IOL implantation for crystalline eyes to restore vision.
