Clinical diagnosis of congenital heart disease: 1. Symptoms: heart murmur, cyanosis, recurrent cardiac malfunction. Left-to-right shunt type of congenital heart disease often has recurrent respiratory tract infections and growth retardation.2. Cardiac examination: heart enlargement, palpable tremor, heart murmur can be heard at the left edge of the sternum.3. Auxiliary examination is the main means to confirm the diagnosis of congenital heart disease: cardiac ultrasound is the main examination method, which can show the site of heart malformation, abnormal blood flow shunt direction, blood flow, and determine the main pulmonary artery pressure. A frontal and lateral chest X-ray can determine the size of the heart, the size of the aortic arch and pulmonary artery segment, and the amount of blood in the pulmonary circulation. The electrocardiogram can determine the presence of hypertrophy, arrhythmia, and abnormalities in cardiac conduction in each heart chamber. Cardiac catheterization can also be performed, which requires fluoroscopy, and can be used to diagnose and treat the condition.
