Modification of cervical traction

  1.Definition.

  4, contraindications.
  Patients with severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, severe osteoporosis, patients taking hormones for a long time, malignant tumor, vertebral artery sclerosis, malformation, myocardial infarction, cerebral arteriosclerosis, old cervical spine trauma, cervical tuberculosis, cervical fracture, pregnant women, patients with unknown diagnosis, etc.
  5.Treatment process.
  During treatment, the patient takes a sitting position, fixes the posterior occipital and mandibular parts with a cervical traction set, slowly tracts upward at 150 positions of neck forward flexion, using the patient’s own weight for counteracting traction, traction weight of about 5-10 kg, traction time of 20 minutes, 1-2 times a day, 10 times a course of treatment.
  6.Cooperation and precautions in treatment and after treatment.

  7.Health education.
