Recurrent dislocation of the shoulder joint is caused by a small external force after the initial dislocation. There are two types of dislocations: anterior and posterior. The latter is less common, and its causes and treatment are the same as those of anterior dislocation, only the location is different. Etiology: The causes of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation are mainly twofold: ① External forces, including trauma, life actions and epileptic convulsions, etc. (2) Structural weaknesses in the joint itself or around the joint that existed prior to the dislocation. Recurrent dislocations are more likely to occur in patients younger than 20 years of age after the initial dislocation than in the rest of the population. Recurrent dislocation seriously affects patients’ daily work machine life, and it is difficult to achieve the treatment purpose through non-surgical treatment of recuperation. As the number of dislocations increases, the damage becomes more and more serious, and the commonly used treatment methods can be divided into: Bankart repair surgery under shoulder arthroscopy, incision rostral osteotomy bone blocking, with satisfactory clinical treatment results, so that recurrent dislocations will not recur again and send gospel to patients!
