The accuracy of tumor puncture pathology results is 70% to 90%. The specific data varies depending on the location and type of tumor. Tumor puncture biopsy belongs to the pathological examination of tumors, which is the gold standard for diagnosing tumors. It is to obtain a small amount of diseased tissue by fine needle puncture, and obtain pathological diagnosis through microscopic observation or immunohistochemistry analysis, so as to determine the patient’s tumor typing, and to guide the formulation of treatment plan. Tumor puncture biopsy is generally more accurate, but it cannot reflect the whole picture of the tumor. If the material is not taken properly or not penetrated into the lesion area, it is difficult to accurately take out the lesion tissue and lead to a wrong diagnosis. Therefore, it needs to be combined with clinical manifestations, physical examination and imaging examination to make a comprehensive judgment.
