The patient, a 56-year-old female, was admitted to the hospital with progressive hearing loss, tinnitus with paroxysmal headache and dizziness for 5 years, and underwent MR scan + enhancement of the head, which showed that the left pontocerebellar horn area was cystic and solid, and the possibility of neurogenic tumor was considered. After resection of the tumor in the left pontocerebellar region, the patient felt that the tinnitus symptom improved significantly, and there was no headache, dizziness and other discomfort. The patient was satisfied with the surgical result. The postoperative MR showed that the patient’s tumor was completely resected and no other complications occurred during hospitalization.
