Patients with breast cancer present with bloody nipple discharge. If breast cancer is diagnosed at an early stage, they should promptly opt for surgical treatment, including traditional open surgery or radical breast cancer surgery with breast preservation. During surgery, the lymph nodes in the axilla should be cleared, and the incision should be dressed with pressure, and drains should be placed in the axilla and sternum. After surgery, adjuvant treatment options are selected based on detailed pathological staging of lymph node metastases, usually with systemic intravenous chemotherapy. In case of combined axillary lymph node metastasis, local radiation therapy is also required, and long-term endocrine therapy is required after surgery.
