1.Middle-aged women with breast tumor should be alerted to the possibility of breast cancer first. 2.You should be alert to indistinct breast lumps in young women and limited thickening of breast gland tissue in middle-aged women (not hard in texture but different from surrounding tissues), and some atypical malignant tumors. For breast lumps with unclear boundaries, surgery should be performed after clear diagnosis as far as possible, and surgical biopsy should be performed at a certain distance from the tumor. 4.Be alert to breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation. 5.Watch out for occult breast cancer. (The primary breast tumor has not appeared, but has already appeared axillary or supraclavicular metastasis) 6. Be alert to solid lumps with infection and inflammatory breast cancer. 7.Watch out for Paije’s disease. (A special type of breast cancer occurring at the nipple areola, manifesting in repeated erosion, crusting and ulceration of the nipple and areola) 8. Be alert to parametrial breast cancer. 9.Be alert to bilateral breast cancer. 10.Watch out for malignant lymphoma of the breast.
