For patients who are diagnosed by the doctors of the Center for Reproductive Medicine and determined to be in need of IVF treatment, both partners should undergo the following tests: Male partner: complete set of semen and chromosomes, eight items before blood transfusion, liver function, blood type, gonococcus, semen-related tests. Female partner: full set of female partner and chromosome, basic sex hormones, thyroid function, eight items before blood transfusion, liver and kidney function, blood group, gonococcus, cervical smear examination, tubal patency examination, blood routine, coagulation function, white belt routine, initial ultrasound sheet, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram. 2.After the attending doctor decides to enter the treatment cycle, please bring all laboratory results and the following documents to the Reproductive Medicine Center to build a file: outpatient medical records, ID cards of both spouses, marriage certificate, original and copy of certificate of not having children or birth certificate. 3. Sign the informed consent form and the attending physician will determine the treatment plan and start the treatment. During the treatment, several ultrasound observations of follicle growth and blood tests for relevant hormone levels are required. Please follow the appointment time strictly and visit before 8:30 on the day of follow-up to ensure that the hormone test results can be obtained in the morning of the same day; medication should wait for the hormone test results before proceeding. 4.Ovulation promotion treatment is performed once in 5-8 days for male partner. 5.When the attending doctor judges that the follicles are mature, inject the trigger medication as requested by the doctor and stop the ovulation-promoting medication. 6.On the day of egg retrieval, both spouses will be seen together. Progesterone treatment will be started after the surgery for the female partner, and sperm retrieval for the male partner will be handed over to the laboratory for processing. 24 hours after the operation, we will call to inquire about the fertilization and embryo development and determine the embryo transfer time. 7. On the day of transfer, the female partner should avoid vaginal medication and keep the bladder full. Rest flat on your back for 2 hours after the transfer. 8. After the transfer, you can do normal activities, please take fetal preservation drugs as prescribed by the doctor, avoid heavy physical activities, avoid cold, fever and diarrhea. Some patients may experience abdominal distension and discomfort. If abdominal distension is serious, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, oliguria, weight gain, etc., you should follow up immediately. 9. 14 days after the transplantation, repeat the blood HCG value, if the result is positive, continue the fetal preservation treatment; if the result is negative, stop the fetal preservation drugs and wait for the next treatment after the menstruation. 10.For pregnant patients, the Fertility Center will follow up with them by phone after 30 days of pregnancy, 3 months of pregnancy and delivery, and the center will strictly observe the confidentiality system.
