Yin Qiao San is the main formula for the treatment of external AIDS. Yin Qiao San is the main formula for the treatment of wind-heat in the body at the beginning of warm disease. This symptom can be manifested in all three stages of AIDS.
In the acute stage of AIDS, this formula is the main formula for the evidence. Since it is very difficult to determine the time of HIV infection, it is difficult to identify the infected person in the acute stage. However, from the recollections of some latent and AIDS patients, it is known that they had symptoms of the acute stage and were treated with the drugs in Yin Qiao San, and all of them obtained good treatment results. Some of the patients who had been cured with Yin Qiao San, who did not know what the disease was at the time, were later diagnosed with AIDS. From our clinical experience, it is estimated that the acute phase of AIDS is characterized by less wind-cold patients and more wind-heat patients. For those with wind-heat, Yin Qiao San has good efficacy.
The asymptomatic infection period of AIDS (also called incubation period) is not asymptomatic, just like normal people will “catch a cold”, this period “catch a cold” more than normal people, and the frequency of the phenomenon has increased year by year. The characteristics of “cold” in this period are also wind-heat and health evidence, but the patient often has a white, greasy tongue and sticky mouth, which is characterized by wind-heat and dampness.
In the AIDS stage, the use of Yin Qiao San is more likely. The characteristics of this period: deficiency of vital energy, lung and spleen deficiency. It is often accompanied by itching and skin infections. In this period, we can still use Yin Qiao San as the main formula, according to the symptoms often add astragalus, ginseng and other products to nourish the spleen and benefit the lung, or add cicada molasses, danpi, etc. to dispel wind and relieve itching, or add gentian herb, gong ying, etc. to anti-infection.
The author uses soup and powder for the treatment of lung-heat caused by external wind-heat in AIDS. The author has experienced that both soup and powder are effective.
Yin Qiao San has the most reformed dosage forms, including pills, tablets, injections, granules, oral liquid, nasal drops and many other dosage forms. Pills are different from large pills of three dollars, small pills of one dollar, honey pills, water pills and so on. The most commonly used tablet is Vitamin C silver warp tablets, and other dosage forms are available in a wide range of specifications.
I know that many of the above-mentioned dosage forms have the advantage of being easy to take, but their efficacy, pills and tablets seem to be inferior to that of tonics and dispersants. The reason may be that the reform of certain dosage forms is not in line with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. The reason for this is that some of the dosage forms are not in line with the theory of Chinese medicine, which is that the word “loose” also means to disperse, which is suitable for new acute diseases; the word “pill” also means to slow down, which is suitable for chronic diseases. The indications for Yin Qiao San are the evidence of heat in the surface of the lung health, which belongs to the former. The acute stage of AIDS is undoubtedly new, its latent, AIDS stage is also chronic disease of the recurrence of external evil, feeling and immediately. Therefore, the efficacy of bulk medicine is better than that of pill medicine. As for tonics, we can closely combine the patient’s specificity and formulas with the evidence to achieve better results.
The use of dispersant according to Jutong cloud: “each serving of six money …… serious illness about two hours a serving, three suits a day, night a serving …… disease does not resolve, for re-serving.” The method of serving is “fresh reed root soup decoction” until “aroma out”, then take the powder; or boil the reed root for a few minutes, add to the powder, and continue to decoction until the aroma out, with dregs with soup (or just drink the soup) to take, its effect is also good.
The author has experienced that there are many AIDS patients who also have dampness, and rehmannia is a must-use medicine when they have external sensations. If it is changed to soup, its clinical can add “rehmannia and slippery stone flow” as Ye Tianshi said. Due to the clinical conditions and the needs of the disease, I clinically use soup, which is much more effective than pills and tablets.
The first of these is to be used in the treatment of AIDS, and the second is to be used in the treatment of AIDS, and the second is to be used in the treatment of AIDS.
For this article, there are many people who disagree. Some people cloud is hand Taiyin warm disease, and is not typhoid, cold and temperature are different, why also use Gui Zhi Tang. Since it is wind-warm, Gui Zhi Tang cannot be used. The first thing that I would like to say is that I have a lot of experience in this field.
The author believes that “practice is the only criterion for testing the truth” and that the correctness of all theories needs to be tested by practice. This is the summary of Mr. Jutong’s rich clinical experience, which is in line with clinical reality. The author has tested the evidence of Wei-xue in AIDS (including many other warm diseases). For those who are sick with wind chill, first use Gui Zhi Tang to disperse the cold with pungency and warmth (or use Yin Qiao San to increase the dosage of Thornbush and add Gui Zhi and Paeoniae), then the bad chill will be removed first; later, use Yin Qiao San to cool the body with pungency, then the wind heat will be relieved until cured. If you don’t have cold, you can use Yin Qiao San directly.
The author’s clinical observation is that there are many people who use Yin Qiao San directly or use Gui Zhi Tang first and then Yin Qiao San later, while there are few people who use Gui Zhi Tang from the beginning to the end of the exopathic period.
As for the identification points of the Wei-penetrating evidence, various versions of the textbook of “Warm Diseases” are: “fever, slight evil wind-cold, slight thirst”. What is the extent of the “micro” of “slightly evil wind-cold” and “slightly thirsty mouth”? How long does it last? Lack of objective indicators, whether in the clinical or laboratory are difficult to operate. Therefore, the “key points of identification” lack practical significance. Mr. Jutong, a great expert in warm diseases, has provided us with a concise and easy-to-apply method, which is quite a scientific prescription specification for clinical practice.
