For relatively small benign tumours, especially those less than 5cm, which affect the patient less, the changes in the lesions can be clinically observed and no special treatment is needed. If the lesion is large and affects the patient’s quality of life, or if it cannot be distinguished from malignant tumours, surgery can be performed.
Patients with larger lesions that cannot be surgically removed can also be considered for ablation, intervention, sclerotherapy, etc., depending on the type of pathology.
