Why you should not have intercourse with breast cancer

It is not impossible for breast cancer patients to have intercourse, but the first priority is to treat the breast cancer. Breast cancer is usually treated by a combination of radical surgery and mastectomy with axillary lymph node dissection. Since the breast is also an important secondary sex characteristic, women who lose it may have psychological effects on intercourse. However, it will not affect women as long as they take good psychological care and recover well after surgery. After surgery, breast cancer usually requires adjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy and other comprehensive treatments. If breast cancer is relatively early and the patient is young, breast-conserving surgery can also be considered, and after breast-conserving surgery, adjuvant radiotherapy is usually required.
