Third, what are the causes of sudden death in the marathon? 1, sudden cardiovascular death is the main cause of congenital coronary malformation, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, idiopathic left ventricular hypertrophy, myocarditis and other cardiogenic diseases are the main causes of sudden death.
