They are generally slow growing, round or oval in shape, with good mobility and a sliding sensation on palpation, and often have an envelope when the specimen is cut open. V. Intraductal papilloma, which is usually accompanied by nipple overflow and can appear as a relatively hard breast lump in larger cases. Breast cancer lumps are hard, unilateral, poorly mobile, adherent to the skin, develop rapidly over time, and are not related to menstrual emotions. In the early stage, most of the lumps are painless, growing for months or even years without any pain, which is one of the reasons why breast cancer is diagnosed late. In the advanced stage of breast cancer, in addition to breast lumps, there are also enlarged lymph nodes in the ipsilateral armpit. If a woman feels a hard lump in her breast, she needs to find out the nature of it as soon as possible. If you are worried about the tendency of cancer, ultrasound examination of breast is preferred, and mammogram and MRI can also be done. If the lump is cancerous, it can be detected and treated at an early stage. If the diagnosis is not cancer, you can rest assured.
