What’s wrong with back pain when you lift your legs?

Lower back pain when lifting legs can be caused by a variety of reasons, the main causes include lumbar myofasciitis, lumbar disc herniation, osteoporosis and so on.
1. Lumbar myofasciitis: it is mostly caused by muscle strain or trauma and cold stimulation due to heavy physical activities, prolonged bending and poor sitting posture, which causes chronic inflammation in the lumbar muscles and fascia, and is manifested by symptoms such as lumbar pain when lifting the leg.

3. Osteoporosis: mostly seen in the elderly, mostly caused by calcium deficiency, which can be manifested as low back pain when lifting legs, accompanied by fatigue, decreased weight-bearing capacity and other symptoms.
Lower back pain when lifting legs can also be seen in other causes, it is recommended to exclude physiological causes, and then go to the hospital in a timely manner, to clarify the cause of the diagnosis, timely treatment.
