History of travel or residence in the Wuhan area or other areas with persistent local case transmission 14 days prior to onset; previous contact with a patient with fever and respiratory symptoms from Wuhan, or other areas with persistent local case transmission within 14 days prior to onset; aggregated onset or epidemiologically associated with a person with novel coronavirus infection. Also, the following clinical manifestations are met: 1. Fever. 2, with imaging features of pneumonia, i.e., early presentation of multiple small patchy shadows and interstitial changes, evident in the extra-pulmonary zone. 3. Normal or reduced total white blood cell count or reduced lymphocyte count at early onset.
