Postoperative anticoagulation therapy for 3-6 months is currently advocated for patients after coronary endarterectomy to prevent deep vein thromboembolism and improve patency of the vascular bridge. Antiplatelet agents are advocated for general cases, starting Pansentine 100mg orally 4/day 2 days before surgery, followed by another 100mg orally in the morning of the day of surgery, Pansentine 25mg and aspirin (50mg 2/day) via nasogastric tube 7 days after surgery, and then switching to oral for one year, halving or stopping if a history of gastric ulcer or bleeding is added.
