However, a few patients have mild symptoms and no significant fever. In addition, patients may also present with generalized weakness, dry cough, dyspnea, etc. A small number of patients may present with nasal congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, chest tightness and other symptoms. In view of the various manifestations of symptoms, symptoms cannot be used as the main basis for diagnosis, but need to be combined with the medical history, clinical manifestations, imaging, routine blood and pathogenic examination results.
