How long can a cancerous skin and bones last without food or drink?

Cancer patients with skin and bones who do not eat or drink usually do not have a long survival period, and may persist for 1-2 weeks or slightly longer, depending on the patient’s physical condition, disease progression and treatment. As the tumor compresses or blocks the digestive tract, as well as secretes biologically active substances, it can cause gastrointestinal dysfunction, and the patient may experience symptoms such as not being able to eat, or vomiting after eating. If a cancer patient already has skin and bones symptoms, it means that the nutritional status is poor and his or her condition is usually poor. If they are no longer able to eat, they usually have a limited survival time and may last 1-2 weeks or less, with individual differences. However, if patients improve their condition with nutritional support and other treatments along with regular treatment, it may prolong their survival time to a certain extent.
