NYHA classification method, the specific content is class I: daily activities are not limited, general activities will not cause heart failure symptoms. class II: physical activity is slightly limited, no conscious symptoms at rest, general activities will be under the symptoms of heart failure. class III: physical activity is significantly limited, lower than the general activities will have heart failure symptoms. class IV: rest also have heart failure symptoms, activities will be aggravated.
The 6-minute walk test is used to assist in determining the severity of heart failure, and evaluates the severity and efficacy of heart failure mainly through the patient’s exercise tolerance. Patients are asked to walk as fast as possible, and the walking distance is measured; if the measured value is <150 meters, it is considered to be severe, 150 to 450 meters is considered to be moderate, and >150 meters is considered to be mild.
