What’s wrong with having panic attacks even after supraventricular tachycardia surgery?

Successful treatment of supraventricular tachycardia means eradication and no more attacks. If there are still attacks, it is called recurrence and usually requires another or even 3 surgeries. After successful surgery, but still have heartburn is what happened? There are three possibilities: 1. Supraventricular tachycardia recurs and the original target or abnormal circuitry regains function; 2. Atrial and premature ventricular beats and other arrhythmias that induce supraventricular tachycardia still cause symptoms and a feeling of having another attack but not an attack; 3. New atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation and other persistent arrhythmias can also cause panic. Whether the postoperative panic attack is recurrent or not needs to be proved by ECG evidence! Many patients take the feeling that they are going to have an attack such as premature beats but the attack does not come on as a recurrence, which is a misconception! It is recommended to have an electrocardiogram in time for the panic attack or go to the hospital for an esophageal pacing induction to first determine whether it is a recurrence and then decide how to deal with it! If the panic attack is caused by premature beats, it can be left untreated if the attacks are few, and most of them will be relieved naturally! If there are many premature beats and the symptoms are obvious, you can use some drugs such as “betalac or cardioplegia” to deal with the symptoms. It is also important to relieve tension and anxiety, relax, and adjust your rest and sleep.
