I. After colorectal cancer surgery, the main reasons for not being able to take water or food soon are as follows, (1) objective factors: ① trauma exists in the abdominal cavity or pelvic cavity. (2) Exudate may exist in the abdominal cavity or pelvic cavity. The above two factors affect the recovery of intestinal motility. (2) Subjective factors: If there is a large intestinal anastomosis, the attending surgeon would like to eat a little later, and it is not too late to eat after the anastomosis and the surrounding area are firmly healed. (2) After colorectal cancer surgery, the time of water and food can be fed when intestinal peristalsis is restored. Colorectal cancer surgery is basically divided into: ① Expectoration and defecation from the in situ anus. Generally 5 days after surgery, it starts to enter fluid. ②Exhaust and defecation from abdominal stoma. Such as small intestine stoma, generally into fluid 3 days after surgery; such as large intestine stoma, generally into fluid 5 days after surgery. (3) The type of food after colorectal cancer surgery ① Do not want to drink milk in fluid, milk may produce flatulence. ②After 3 days of liquid, semi-liquid such as thin rice, fish, duck egg and meat can be eaten; after that, it can be over to general food. ③After colorectal cancer surgery, you can take 30ml of paraffin oil orally as a laxative, once to three times a day, which helps to lubricate the intestine. It is generally required that no fruit and vegetable (can eat their juice) within 1 month after surgery to prevent intestinal obstruction.
