Health care for frozen shoulder

  There are many treatments for frozen shoulder, including tui na, acupuncture, physiotherapy and closed therapy. All of them have the effect of relieving spasm, activating blood circulation, absorbing inflammation, releasing adhesions and moving joints. We emphasize that the key to healing frozen shoulder is self-care.  Introduce several effective exercise and health care methods: 1. Self-massage: Self-massage stimulates the liquid door point between the little finger and ring finger on the back of the hand. Stimulate the liquid door point, you can make the internal organs function to smooth. Massage stimulates Taiyuan, Daling and Shenmen on the wrist, which can eliminate the obstacle of blood circulation around the shoulder joint. Do not use violence to swing the upper limb randomly, otherwise it will cause rotator cuff rupture. Vertical circles are for front and back direction, vertical circles, horizontal circles are for up and down, left and right direction, such as the cloud hand movement in Taijiquan. Clockwise and counterclockwise direction of 20 circles each, 3-5 times a day.  6. Combing action method: alternate hands, from the forehead, top of the head, behind the pillow, behind the ears, forward longitudinal circle around the head, similar to combing action, 20 circles each time, 3-5 times a day.
