How is occlusion after stenting for lower extremity arterial occlusive disease treated?

Patient: Description: The patient is a male, 47 years old, who underwent right-sided arterial endovascular stenting in your department in 2008, but now has purple small toe and big toe of the left foot, claudication, and severe resting pain, and went to the hospital for imaging showing that after right common arterial endovascular stenting, the lumen of the proximal endovascular stent is occluded, the lumen of the middle and distal segments to the external iliac artery is slender, and the wall of the lower abdominal aorta is thickened, with calcified and non-calcified plaque formation. The lumen pattern was irregular, and the lumen stenosis was greater than 50%. The bilateral anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery and right peroneal artery were well visualized; the middle and distal segments of the left peroneal artery were slender. I took conservative treatment with Chinese medicine and intravenous injection of fibrinogen and salvia, but the effect was not obvious for 15 days. How can I treat this condition?
