Pathological diagnosis is not a mere pathological section examination

When we comment on someone, we often say that this is a good person or this is a bad person, but in fact it is often difficult to classify a person as a good or bad person, and we can only say that the person has done good or bad things with respect to one incident. It is very difficult to see the essence of a person, and it is necessary to combine the appearance (external appearance such as speech, dress, mental state, etc.), the shadow (historical performance and reflection of the surrounding people, etc.) and the essence (character, ability and good or bad heart, etc.) to be able to identify a good or bad person more accurately and predict the tendency of their future behavior. The same is true for diagnosing the goodness or badness of a disease, that is, the goodness or badness of a disease. We must collect clinical information (the cause of the disease, the purpose of consultation, subjective and objective feelings and clinical laboratory indicators, etc.), imaging data (imaging evidence such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI) and pathology (image information obtained by staining and analyzing body tissue sections under a microscope) for dynamic and comprehensive analysis, in order to accurately conclude the diagnosis of the disease and its benignity or malignancy. In conclusion, pathological diagnosis is not a mere pathological section examination, much less a laboratory test, but a final diagnostic conclusion that integrates clinical, imaging and pathological information.
