Treatment of lung diseases

Lung diseases include many types, such as lung infections, tracheal and bronchial diseases, pulmonary vascular diseases, etc. The diseases are different, and the treatment methods vary, and are broadly divided into the following areas: 1. Drug therapy, including oral, intravenous drip, and nebulized inhalation therapy. To control lung infection, antibiotics are needed; to relieve airway spasm, aminophylline or doxorubicin can be used; to relieve airway hyperresponsiveness, oral anti-allergy drugs can be taken, such as loratadine, montelukast sodium; nebulized inhalation budesonide can relieve airway inflammation, nebulized inhalation terbutaline can be antispasmodic treatment, etc. 2. Interventional treatment, such as tracheal and bronchial diseases, can be done via bronchoscopic interventions, where operations can be done under the microscope, such as taking biopsies and dilating narrowed trachea and bronchus. For pulmonary tuberculosis, percutaneous lung puncture can be performed to inject anti-tuberculosis drugs directly into the site of the lesion. There is also arterial embolization, which is applicable to pulmonary hemorrhage, and embolization of the bleeding vessel under interventional therapy, which is applicable to patients with poor hemostatic effect of drugs. 3. Surgical treatment, which is applicable to lung diseases that cannot be resolved by the above two methods. The treatment of lung diseases differs from disease to disease, and each treatment method has its scope of application and contraindications, so that the treatment can be truly effective if it is targeted.
