A, non-surgical correction are: 1, frame glasses: progressive multifocal lenses can slow down the rate of myopia deepening in some patients. 2, corneal contact lenses: currently in China mainly: soft lenses, accounting for about 90% of the total number of wear. Rigid oxygen permeable corneal contact lens: the lens is more superior because of its high oxygen permeability and less susceptible to infection. Because of the complexity of RGP fitting, requires a high degree of skill, need to fit in a regular hospital. 3, keratoplasty: modern keratoplasty is based on the geometry and refractive index of the cornea of myopic patients, the design of a special rigid corneal contact lenses, lenses made of highly breathable material processing, so that patients wear 8 to 10 hours a day, the rest of the time the eye is not myopic or reduced myopic state, clear naked eye vision, without any glasses. If the patient wears the lenses at night, the inconvenience of wearing glasses during the day can be eliminated. Currently, keratomileusis is recognized by the eye care community as the most useful method to delay the deepening of myopia in adolescents. Surgical treatment includes: 1. Corneal refractive surgery: excimer laser keratomileusis, excimer laser in situ keratomileusis, excimer laser subepithelial keratomileusis, optimal personalized cutting excimer laser keratomileusis, corneal stromal ring, etc. 2.Intraocular refractive surgery: posterior chamber type and anterior chamber type lens implantation for crystalline eyes. It can correct some ultra-high refractive errors, but this correction method is not widely carried out at present. 3.Scleral refractive surgery: including posterior scleral reinforcement and scleral dilatation, the former can delay the progression of myopia and the latter can delay the occurrence of presbyopia, but the effect needs to be further observed.
