Summer discussion on perianal abscess

The arrival of summer, hot weather, people’s appetite, appetite, cold physical intake increased, the incidence of perianal abscess gradually increased. Perianal abscess is a common disease in anorectology, and many patients do not know much about it. At the beginning of the abscess, it is mostly manifested as anal swelling and pain, perianal drop is not, often not enough attention is paid to it, and it is mostly mistaken for hemorrhoids, and many people will take matters into their own hands and buy some hemorrhoid ointment from pharmacies to use it. The condition worsens, the abscess cavity becomes larger, the surgical incision is large, healing is slow, etc. When there is persistent swelling and pain in the anus, you should go to the hospital. In the early stage of perianal abscess, it is mostly manifested as persistent pain in the anus and perianal downward movement. If left untreated, the pain appears to worsen with time, and the pain is obviously aggravated when walking and coughing, and in severe cases, systemic symptoms such as fever and chills may appear. In patients with perianal abscess, there is usually no bleeding during stool, and when the pain is obvious, there can be difficulty in defecating large and small stools. For superficial abscesses, red and swollen bulges can be seen next to the anus with obvious pressure pain, while for deep abscesses, abnormalities are often not visible outside and need to be diagnosed by a professional doctor. Once a perianal abscess is diagnosed, it is best to treat it by incision at the early stage of pain. Early incision can reduce the pressure of the abscess cavity, drain the pus from the abscess cavity, prevent the spread of pus (especially the spread to higher places, which can avoid the formation of high anal fistula), confine the inflammation, reduce the pain, minimize the incision, and incise once if the internal mouth is clear, so as to avoid the formation of anal fistula and perform secondary surgery. The incision should be made as close to the anus as possible, in a radial pattern. This will reduce pain and short healing time of the wound.       In short, the hot summer, pay attention to a reasonable diet, avoid excessive consumption of raw and cold food, less spicy food, moderate drinking, pay attention to rest, work and rest, to avoid discomfort brought about by various diseases.
