Patients present with symptoms of blood when sneezing, which may manifest as a small amount of blood in the nose, or as active nasal bleeding. The occurrence of this bleeding condition is related to impact damage during sneezing, dryness of nasal mucosa, and proliferation of organisms in the nose, etc., as follows: 1. Impact damage: often related to the larger impact damage to the nasal mucosa during sneezing. 2. Dryness of nasal mucosa: some patients may have a dry nasal mucosa, or may have certain inflammatory infectious and allergic nasal cavity and sinuses. The presence of disease factors may cause the local nasal mucosa to erode, ulcerate and bleed. 3, nasal hyperplasia: some patients may have a significant deviation of the nasal septum, or the nasal cavity has a hemangioma, bleeding polyps and other bleeding-prone hyperplasia, easily triggering the symptoms of blood when sneezing. If necessary, a careful and comprehensive examination of the nasal cavity, sinuses and nasopharynx is needed to check for the presence of abnormal growths.
