How long can you live with sinus rhythm t-wave changes?

The survival time of patients with altered sinus rhythm T-wave is related to the specific condition and cannot be generalized. The rhythm produced by the conduction activity of the heart in a normal person is sinus rhythm. t-wave changes are not very specific in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and need to be combined with the patient’s clinical manifestations. If it is a simple T-wave change, the patient has no symptoms, and there are no symptoms in the usual active state, it is generally considered to be related to his or her own physical condition, etc., and does not affect the patient’s life expectancy. However, if the patient has obvious symptoms of myocardial ischemia, such as chest tightness, palpitations, chest pain, and there are obvious dynamic changes in T-wave changes, there is a possibility of combined heart diseases, such as myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, etc., which need further examination to exclude and active treatment. If not actively treated, the above heart diseases can affect the patient’s survival time, and in serious cases, life threatening can occur at any time. Patients are advised to control their diet to be low in salt and fat, and to consume foods rich in high-quality protein and vitamins in moderation, and to monitor changes in blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids regularly.
